General Terms and Conditions of Baviron

These general terms and conditions apply to all quotations, agreements and services of Belgian Asbestos Removal (B.A.V.) nv, acting under the name Baviron.

Article 2 - Quotes.

All quotations are non-binding and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. An agreement is established upon written confirmation of the quotation by the client.

Article 3 - Execution

Baviron undertakes to perform the assignment in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, in particular the Belgian legislation on asbestos removal (Codex, Book VI Title 3).

Article 4 - Certifications

Baviron holds the following certifications:

• Belac 2-405 - Approved asbestos remover
• VCA** - Safety, Health and Environment
• Asbestos Removal - Certified
• G5 (Class 1) - Recognition as a contractor.
• D4 (Class 5) - Recognition as a contractor.

Article 5 - Payment

Invoices are payable within 15 days of invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. Interest will be charged for late payment by operation of law and without notice of default.

Article 6 - Liability

Baviron is insured for professional liability. Our liability is limited to the amount covered by our insurance.

Article 7 - Disputes.

All agreements are governed by Belgian law. In case of disputes, only the courts of the district of Antwerp are competent.
