General Terms and Conditions of Baviron<\/h2>

These general terms and conditions apply to all quotations, agreements and services of Belgian Asbestos Removal (B.A.V.) nv, acting under the name Baviron.<\/p>

Article 1 - Identity<\/h3>

Article 2 - Quotes.<\/h3>

All quotations are non-binding and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. An agreement is established upon written confirmation of the quotation by the client.<\/p>

Article 3 - Execution<\/h3>

Baviron undertakes to perform the assignment in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, in particular the Belgian legislation on asbestos removal (Codex, Book VI Title 3).<\/p>

Article 4 - Certifications<\/h3>

Baviron holds the following certifications:<\/p>

  • Belac 2-405 - Approved asbestos remover<\/li>
  • VCA** - Safety, Health and Environment<\/li>
  • Asbestos Removal - Certified<\/li>
  • G5 (Class 1) - Recognition as a contractor.<\/li>
  • D4 (Class 5) - Recognition as a contractor.<\/li><\/ul>

    Article 5 - Payment<\/h3>

    Invoices are payable within 15 days of invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. Interest will be charged for late payment by operation of law and without notice of default.<\/p>

    Article 6 - Liability<\/h3>

    Baviron is insured for professional liability. Our liability is limited to the amount covered by our insurance.<\/p>

    Article 7 - Disputes.<\/h3>

    All agreements are governed by Belgian law. In case of disputes, only the courts of the district of Antwerp are competent.<\/p>
